There's a grey bow at the top of the textured frame. On the right side is a little boy and girl all dressed up. On the left is an insert that reads AS YOU JOIN HANDS AND SAY I DO MAY A LIFETIME OF LOVE BEGIN FOR YOU. A small picture can be inserted into the slot at the top of the frame. At the bottom of the frame it reads ALWAYS AND FOREVER. Made of porcelain. There's a magnet on the back and a cardboard stand.
