He's holding a long Stick on his Shoulders with 2 Baskets On Each End Full Of Fish. A Young Boy Holding A Large Fish. Molded and carved great details from his long mustache to the fish, hands and toes, This is very old, It was in a local Chinese Restaurant for years. It's probably made of resin. About 9" X 6" X 3" Add it to your collection. It does have a few small chips, But in very nice antique conditions.
