This is a lovely vintage Lefton China small pitcher and bowl set #4578 made in Japan. The main color is a pale mint green and the beautiful pink roses are hand painted. The edges and handle are gold. The pitcher of this set is approx. 5 1/2" tall and the bowl approx. 7" in diameter. They are marked on the bottom and have the Lefton.
