1" black cloth/gilt boards with black cloth corners, top-edge, illustrated end-papers, deckled pages very strong, all pages art in great conditions all corners are great. black letters against a paper paste-down on spine is very strong. Spine bumping, head & foot, corners. Edge-May have very light wear to boards. One page is missing the Picture general Sutter. the last picture shows the picture of an alike picture. The first page is marked 1.50 in upper corner of back board - No other markings.. The head is very good , The spine has no separation still tightly bound. Both hinges are sound, Both front and back covers shows some lines like wiping . 179 pages. It is also not new it is close to 100 Years. I have owned this book for over 30 years. What's CRAZY I HAVE NEVER READ it I didn't want to damage the book.
